We are seeking an exceptional Head of Primary School to lead our primary division across Key Stages 1 and 2. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, curriculum development, and team management while ensuring the highest standards of teaching and learning.

Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent international teaching qualification
• Significant leadership experience in primary school settings
• Extensive experience in curriculum development and instructional leadership
• Strong knowledge of UK National Curriculum and assessment frameworks
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and child protection

Responsibilities
• Provide strategic direction and operational leadership for the primary school
• Lead curriculum development aligned with the UK National Curriculum
• Manage and mentor primary teaching staff, fostering professional growth
• Oversee quality assurance including lesson observations and assessment systems
• Develop and implement the primary school improvement plan
• Build strong relationships with parents and the wider community
• Manage resources and budget allocation for primary division
• Ensure safeguarding and child protection compliance
• Represent primary school in Senior Leadership Team meetings
• Contribute to whole-school strategic planning and accreditation processes
