We are seeking a dedicated Mathematics Teacher to deliver IGCSE and A-Level Mathematics across Key Stages 4 and 5. The successful candidate will make mathematics accessible and engaging while challenging students to achieve their full potential.

Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or related field
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent international teaching qualification
• Experience teaching IGCSE and/or A-Level Mathematics
• Strong subject knowledge including statistics and mechanics for A-Level
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and accessibly
• Proficiency with educational technology and mathematical software
• Commitment to safeguarding and child protection
Key Performance Indicators
• 85% of students meeting or exceeding target grades
• 90% pass rate in IGCSE/A-Level examinations
• Evidence of value-added progress for all student groups
• Positive feedback from lesson observations
• Participation in at least one mathematics enrichment activity
Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons for IGCSE and A-Level students
• Develop schemes of work aligned with Pearson Edexcel/Cambridge specifications
• Differentiate instruction to support all learners from foundation to extension levels
• Prepare students for external examinations with effective problem-solving strategies
• Use technology and manipulatives to enhance mathematical understanding
• Mark and assess student work with detailed, actionable feedback
• Identify and support students requiring intervention or extension
• Contribute to whole-school numeracy initiatives
• Participate in Mathematics competitions and enrichment activities
• Maintain accurate records and communicate progress to parents
