    Ages 2–5

    Early Years

    For our youngest learners — Pre-Nursery, Nursery and Reception. A nurturing, play-based environment following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework on our dedicated Campus 1.

    Ages 5–11

    Primary School

    Years 1 to 6, following the English National Curriculum. Students build strong foundations in core subjects while developing independence, creativity and critical thinking.

    Secondary School

    Years 7 to 11, preparing students for IGCSE examinations and beyond. Academic rigour combined with leadership, service and real-world skills on our purpose-built Campus 2.

    School Visit or Virtual Meeting

    We encourage every family to visit BCIS before applying. Campus tours are available Monday to Friday during term time. If you are overseas, we are happy to arrange a virtual tour and meeting via Zoom.

    In-Person Visit

    • Tour both Campus 1 and Campus 2

    Application

    Complete our application form with your child's details, previous school history and any relevant information. Applications can be submitted online or as a downloadable PDF.

    What we will need:

    • Completed application form with parent and child details
    • Copy of your child's passport and birth certificate
    • Most recent school report or transcript
    • Any relevant medical or learning support information
    • Application fee (details provided upon enquiry)

    Depending on your child's age and previous schooling, a short, informal assessment may be arranged. This is not an entrance exam — it helps us understand your child's current level so we can provide the right support from day one.

    Offer & Enrolment

    Once your application has been reviewed, we will contact you with an offer. Upon acceptance, our team will guide you through enrolment and help your family prepare for the first day.

    What ages do you accept?

    BCIS welcomes students from age 2 (Pre-Nursery) through to Year 9 (age 14). We are planning to expand to upper secondary and sixth form in the coming years.

    Can my child join mid-year?

    Yes, we accept applications throughout the academic year, subject to availability. Our settling-in programme helps children integrate quickly at any point in the year.

    Is there an entrance exam?

    There is no formal entrance exam. Depending on your child's age, we may arrange a short informal assessment to understand their current level so we can provide the right support from day one.

    What if my child does not speak English fluently?

    We have a dedicated English as an Additional Language (EAL) programme. Our EAL specialists work alongside class teachers to support students in developing their English while accessing the full curriculum.

    Do you offer sibling discounts?

    Yes, we offer discounts for families enrolling more than one child. Please contact our admissions team for details on our current fee structure and available discounts.

    What are the school hours?

    School hours are 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The admissions office is open 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
