    Application Process

Four Simple Steps to Join BCIS

Whether you are already in Chiang Mai or relocating from overseas, our process is designed to be welcoming, transparent and stress-free.

    1

    Enquiry

Get in touch with our Admissions Team to tell us about your child and ask any questions. Reach us by phone, email or the enquiry form below.

    What happens next?

    • A member of our Admissions Team responds within one working day.
    • We learn about your child's educational background and your family's needs.
    • We share personalised information — fees, availability and the admissions process.
    • We arrange a campus tour or virtual meeting at a time that suits you.
    2

    School Visit or Virtual Meeting

The best way to experience BCIS is to visit us — you'll meet our team and explore our learning environments in person. Relocating or overseas? We'll arrange a virtual meeting instead.

    In-Person Visit

    • Tour both of our campuses.
    • Meet our leadership and admissions teams.
    • Discuss curriculum, wellbeing, learning support and activities.

    Virtual Meeting

    • One-to-one meeting with our Admissions Team.
    • Learn about our Cambridge curriculum and school life.
    • Ask about fees, relocation, visas and daily life at BCIS.
    • Flexible times for families in different time zones.
    3

    Application

Complete our application form and submit the supporting documents below. Our Admissions Team guides you through every step.

    We'll ask for:

    • Completed application form.
    • Child's passport and birth certificate.
    • Parent/guardian passport(s).
    • Most recent school report or academic records.
    • Any relevant medical or learning support information.

All applicants complete an age-appropriate English and Maths assessment. This shows us your child's current level, their strengths, and any support they may need for a successful start.

    Offer & Enrolment

Once we've reviewed your application, we'll contact you with the outcome. If a place is offered, our Admissions Team guides you through enrolment and getting ready for a smooth start.

    We'll support you with:

    • Enrolment documentation and fee payment.
    • Uniforms, textbooks and school resources.
    • School transport information and bus routes.
    • Student visa guidance and documentation (where applicable).

Many of our families have moved from around the world, and our experienced Admissions Team is ready to support your move — from elsewhere in Chiang Mai or from overseas.

    Key Term Dates

Our academic year is structured across four terms, with clear holiday periods to support family planning.

    Still comparing schools?
