US grades are the nearest match by age. British Year 1 is about US Kindergarten, so Year N is about Grade N minus 1.

***Books that are lost, damaged or not returned will incur an additional fee at the price of the replacement book.
****Capital Improvement/Materials Fees help fund facility development, workbooks and other school improvements.
*****Payments made by credit card incur an additional charge of up to 3% of the total fee; bank transfers and Alipay payments made by scanning the school bank QR code incur no extra charge.

How much are the school fees at BCIS?
For 2026–2027, annual tuition runs from ฿196,350 for Pre-Nursery to Reception to ฿346,500 for Years 10 to 13, and can be paid by semester. Other year groups: Years 1 to 4, ฿254,100 a year; Years 5 to 6, ฿288,750 a year; Years 7 to 9, ฿323,400 a year. Tuition fees are reviewed each school year.
What one-time fees are there when my child joins?
Entrance Exam, Interview and ESL Test: ฿3,300; Entrance Fee: ฿80,000; Lifetime Books Fee: ฿20,000. The Lifetime Books Fee covers your child's books for their whole time at BCIS.
What costs are there on top of tuition?
Lunch, the capital improvement and materials fee, the activities fee, accident insurance, uniform, stationery and the yearbook, plus a graduation fee in Reception, Year 6 and Year 13. Families who use the school bus pay a transport fee, English language (ESL) support is charged only if your child needs it, summer school is optional, and visa fees apply to families who need a visa. The Additional Fees table above gives each amount.
Is there a discount for brothers and sisters?
Yes. The second child receives a 5% discount, and the third child and above 10%.
How can we pay?
By bank transfer or by Alipay (scan the school bank QR code), with no extra charge, or by credit card, which carries a processing fee of up to 3%. Fees are set per semester and per year.
